Subject: Reminder - Chief's Meeting Tomorrow 5pm at Franklinville FD Sta 8

Fire Chiefs,

This is a reminder of the Chief's Association Meeting tomorrow night August 3rd 5:00 p.m. at the Franklinville FD Station 8 at 146 West Main Street Franklinville, NC. Dinner is provided and will be served at 5:00 p.m. We will have Special Guest NC House Representative Brian Biggs and NC House Representative Neal Jackson joining us.

We have several items on the Agenda but it shouldn't take long as we have training from the Office of State Fire Marshal beginning at 7:00 p.m. "Everyone Goes Home".

Items of Attention:

  *   Membership Dues of $300 are Due. If you haven't told me your arrangements, please let me know at the meeting or bring a check with you.
  *   National Honor Guard Academy - 1 Person is Needed to Attend with Chief Powell. Registration of $625 is paid by the Association.
  *   FD Representative on RCAFC Honor Guard - Chiefs please notify Chief Powell of your designated Firefighter or Officer contact information as your representative on the Honor Guard. Letter Attached
  *   T-Shirt Sales (Pre-Orders) have begun. Flyer attached.
