Global Protect will be UNABLE to connect to our county network to access Spillman. We will ask 911 to provide an all call to inform you of the completion of the project an access is available.

Down time will be approximately 4 hours.

Subject: Internet Service Provider Cutover

Good morning,

On Saturday, February 15th we will be changing our Internet Service from Century Link to Spectrum beginning at 8:30am. Downtime is expected to be around 4 hours.

The following functionality will be affected during this timeframe:

  *   County Network access to the internet
  *   Remote access to County resources
     *   Sierras/Cradlepoints
     *   Global Protect VPN
  *   Public facing sites
     *   gis.randolphcountync.gov
     *   txpwa.randolphcountync.gov
     *   esuite.randolphcountync.gov
     *   time.randolphcountync.gov
     *   legacyweb.randolphcountync.gov (Jail Listing)
     *   publicdocs.randolphcountync.gov
     *   eioboard.randolphcountync.gov

Global Protect will be UNABLE to connect to our county network to access Spillman. We will ask 911 to provide a all call to inform you of the completion of the project and you will be able to log devices back in.

Our public IP address will be changing and I’d ask that you reach out to any vendors that we have safe-listed our Public IP address with and inform them of this impending change to maintain access to their resources.

Our current address is 65.41.32.2  and we will be changing to 70.60.248.2.
